The district offers the following services to the population:
- Information insemination through the District website,
- The district showcases all activities and achievements of each quarter to the district residents,
- A citizen report card has been introduced to enable residents to give an open opinion on the quality of services offered and how they can be best improved,
- Conducting periodic trainings and workshops to the district employees as a way of improving their general workmanship.
