In the school, the envoy was briefed on other components supporting the school feeding programme like kitchen gardens, water filter tank for safe drinking water, hand washing station and menstrual hygiene girls' room co-implemented by partner organisations.

The Ambassador hailed the management of the programme and its contribution to pupils' school attendance and eating rich diet among others.

The Envoy’s tour follows the French President’s state visit to Rwanda last year where he committed 200,000 Euros for Home Grown School Feeding Programme. In Nyamagabe, the programme benefits 25 schools.

Yagaragaje ko Ubufaransa bwatangiye gutera inkunga gahunda ya HSFP nyuma y'uruzinduko rwa Perezida wabwo mu Rwanda mu mwaka ushize aho bwatanze amayero 200,000. Iyi gahunda mu Karere ka Nyamagabe ikorerwa mu Bigo 25.
